Here at GWI Software, we are always looking for new ways to gather information from the help desk community. What better way then to start a blog?
The intent is to be able to throw out thoughts, ideas, concepts, etc. on the c.Support application and get feedback from those who work in the service desk industry. Or perhaps you have an idea on a feature you'd like to share - lets hear it.
