    Rich text for FAQ's and Knowledge Entries

    Can you add features to allow for rich text entries into FAQs and Knowledge entries?  My old HelpDesk has FAQs which include pictures which I would like to implement into c.Support somehow.

    Hi Jason,

    From what I hear c.Support currently handles the ability to include pictures in Knowledge entries, and that feature is already being worked on in its implementation and extent in other areas of the software.  Look for greater ability in that area in a release next year.

     I understand that I can add attachments into the Knowledge Base. 

     

    Check out http://www.fckeditor.net/demo

    This editor would allow me to type FAQs and embed pictures within the text.  It allows you to either hyperlink to an existing picture or upload to the server - Nice feature.
