Prevent Changes To A Ticket When It's Been Updated By Someone Else

It'd be very helpful if more than one rep is looking at a ticket and RepB makes changes, RepA is not allowed to make any changes to the ticket until it is refreshed.

    Example from today:
    1. RepA opens ticket
    2. RepB opens ticket, routes it to himself, and closes the ticket
    3. RepA routes the ticket to RepB since the issue is something RepA needs to do

This results in the ticket being opened back up and the Audit History looking like something is missing.

    Hi Fuzzball,

I'll pass this request along to Development, but from what a Technical Engineer tells me, there are parameters we have to work within simply from leveraging a SQL backend.  The request makes sense though, so I'll pass it along.

    Thanks,
    Eric
