Congratulations on your successful implementation of cSupport! That's great news.
Regarding the asset management piece, there are a lot of variables that affect the performance of how the asset piece runs. Unfortunately, we don't have any whitepapers or best practices documentation on that, but what I will do is have one of our chief support people give you a ring to talk over some different aspects with you.
We just completed a move into our new corporate offices and I know everyone is swamped right now trying to handle their daily workload and continue getting settled in so I can't really give you an exact time of when that call will come, but rest assured I'll make sure it happens as quickly as possible.
