    Can I run my own SQL to update incident categories?

    Hi Hill5Air,

    Altering the SQL databases is highly discouraged. 

    If not done with extreme caution it could cause your installation of c.Support to fail in an unrecoverable way.  As a general rule we discourage anyone from altering the SQL database directly unless otherwise specifically told by GWI Support, and even then usually only under their direct supervision.
