c.Support Community

I would like that the Active Directory could be fully linked up to c.Support - as in groups as well.  In order to limit certain categories to certain groups these groups (which are already established in AD) need to be recreated in c.Support, and this is redundant.  

Or, if we could note: all users with the title "Manager" could be pulled into one group, this would be helpful as well.

Look for increased AD integration with c.Support v7.5, which is slated to roll out here in October.  You will now be able to import and synchronize your AD groups.
