It would be nice to have a mechanism to send reminders to Approvers. Right now, we in IT have to manually remind users that that they have an approval they need to process if they happen to miss the initial email.
Good suggestion that I've heard from some other customers as well, thanks for submitting it. Hopefully we can get this added as a feature enhancement soon.
Reminders for Surveys would also be helpful.
This is causing me massive issues right now. I am having to manually email or call users regarding approvals they need to sign off on. Our previous HelpDesk which was built in house had this feature.
