    Audit Log for Configuration Changes

    Against my better judgement, management demanded that there be 6 cSupport Administrators besides myself.  Because of this, when changes are made I have no idea who made them, especially when things explode and no one fesses up.

    I would love the addition of an audit log that would show who and when someone made a change to anything on the configuration side of cSupport.

    Thanks for the great suggestion.  Sorry to hear about your 6 Admins.

    This is actually a feature request that has been voiced before, and it is definitely slated for inclusion on a future release.
