    Refresh?

I am currently running c.Support 7.0 had a quick question.  How can I setup my views so that I do not have to manually refresh to find out if there is anything new?

    Re: Refresh?

     Hello,

It isn't currently possible to set up auto refreshes of views displayed on the Views tab of the Support Rep Desktop.  Home tab components can auto refresh at a defined interval though and there is an incident viewer component that can be displayed on the home tab.  The incident viewer component offers a few view options and it can be selected one or many times.  For example, I could select it once to display a list of My Open Incidents and a second time to display Open Incidents for My Group.  Each instance will auto refresh on your defined refresh rate.  Hope this helps.

    Re: Refresh?

I can sympathize with the original users posting, I find the lack of refesh to be a pain.

It would seem that more triggers for a refresh could easily be added. Like every time I save or close a ticket, that could trigger a refresh. I understand that timed refreshes could cause issues, but triggered refreshes seem like a natural fit. Thoughts?
