    Support Representative Profile

    I recently upgraded to version 7.5.  I learned that I had to make a couple of my support staff full administrators of GWI, just so they could put or remove someone from be available for routing and keep track of licesend sessions page.

    it would be nice if this was also in these two components could be managed in the permissions tab for the users profile.

     I agree with this request.  It would be helpful to delegate some essential c.Support administrative responsibilities without giving full control.

    The ability to delegate would be great.  I have also asked for headlines to be a little more available.
