    Incident Ticket custom fields required on 'Close' instead of 'Save'.

    Is it possible to require the custom field when the Incident Ticket is closed, instead of when the ticket is saved?

    It is possible to make custom fields required at close rather than required at initial save.  There is a radio button on the custom field definition screen labeled "Required on Close:" which offers Yes and No selections.
