    Announcing c.Support 7.0 Service Desk Edition webinars

    Last week we announced the upcoming release of c.Support v7.0 with editions for both Incident Management and the Service Desk. At that time we also noted that during this week we would announce a series of webinars that customers could attend to get an overview of the new feature sets. GWI is happy to announce the following free webinars.

    c.Support Service Desk; 4/24 9:00am PDT
    c.Support Service Desk; 4/25 1:00pm PDT
    c.Support Service Desk; 5/1 11:00am PDT

    Because all GWI customers on active maintenance are being "grandfathered" into the Service Desk edition, we are not currently announcing a webinar series for the Incident Management edition.
