Has there been any progress to creating a version that will work on PDA's? We have HP iPaq PDAs for our techs and it would be nice if they could use them to update and/or close tickets on the fly.
We are working on a support representative mobile web client and hope to include it in an upcoming release.
Blackberry support too please...
