Greetings,
I use to get a link for my saved incident when someone reply back on my original email. It use to be right at bottom of the reply email. If you click on it, it will open your closed incident and then you reopen it and reply to the customer.
I DON'T get that link any more. Now i have to copy the incident number and do search in the All Incidents by date, assignee and status which real takes alot of time if i have to reply to more then 40 emails each day.
Can someone PLEASE help me on this. What settings do i need to change so that it starts sending the incident link in the email when some one replies.
