    Closing Ticket Pop-Up

    In our installation, when closing a ticket, a pop-up comes up asking us for further notes and appropriate time entries.  This is because reps would forget to enter time worked before closing a ticket.  In the pop-up window, it would be nice to see the total time already entered for the ticket by All or the Current logged in rep.
