    AD Authentication seems to not work all the time

    Has anyone noticed in 7.0.0 that Reps are sometimes being challenged to authenticate?They put in their Domain info and still doesnt take. Nothing takes. But then if they try again later, it does work.

    Normally, AD authentication just passes thru to IE/cSupport? This was working fine in 5.6.2, but we recently upgraded our test environment to 7.0.0.

    Tech support answered. This seems to worked on one person that was experiencing this issue...

    Run this on a command line on the Webserver:
    1. Start a command prompt.

    2. Locate and then change to the directory that contains the Adsutil.vbs file. By default, this directory is C:\Inetpub\Adminscripts.

    3. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:

    cscript adsutil.vbs set w3svc/NTAuthenticationProviders "NTLM"
