    Reservation Feature for Equipment

    I know it really does not fit into a service Desk, however, it would be nice to have a feature where we can list IT equipment and allow users to create reservations.

    Our organization has a fair amount of equipment designated as "pool" or "loaner" equipment.  We're currently using plain old pen and paper to keep track of requests and reservations.  I know we would certainly benefit from having this sort of functionality built into c.Support, especially since we're ticketing the actual check-in and check-out of the equipment.
