    Create new option for Approvals

     Often times when am Incident is waiting for approval, the approver asks for additional information.  It would be very nice to be able to add this additional info or add attachments.  Right now the ticket is lock while in the approval process.

    Currently only approvers can provide comments when a ticket is pending approval. I could see the desire for comments to be allowed by other reps/customers as well and we'll look into providing this option in a future release.
