    Deleting Categories

We revamped our Incident categories, however I'm unable to delete legacy Top Level categories.

    Re: Deleting Categories

You can get around this issue in the release you have installed by clicking and dragging the top level categories you are trying to delete over to another top level category.  When you do this it will move the top level categories you trying to get rid of so that they will be second levels under the one you drop them under.  You will then be able to delete them.  This issue has been corrected in the new version.
