    In or Out Status

    how do you change a tech's status if you have change rights?  incase someone calls in sick and you do not want to have a ticket routed to them

    Hi DLCurtis,

    A tech engineer might need to second my thoughts, but I believe you just need to go into the Configuration screen, Click on Support Representatives, then Profiles, and on the Details tab mark the "No" radio button on "Available for Routing."

    OK.  I was hoping that there could be a view or somthing that I could see all the techs for my area and see if they had marked in or out and have the option from that view to change there status.

     

    Looks like it might be a feature requeste then.  Should I put this on that forum or would would you like for me to submit this?
