Creating a test instance?

I've recently taken over support for a cSupport 5.6.2 install. We're looking to upgrade it to 7.x, but we'd like to try it in a "test" install first. Is it possible to take a backup of cSupport databases from the production server and restore them onto the test machine? Or, is there...

Active Directory Integration in c-support 7.0 with windows
