Out of Office replies that originate from a Followup notification keep looping and creating new tickets.

We are submitting a feature request to find a way to distinguish between an "Out of Office" reply generated by a cSupport Followup notification versus an "Out of Office" with a ticket number included in the email. We do want to update tickets with "Out of Office" emails...

Add assignee email to the agent emails...

I would like to have the assignee email available to be placed either in the body of the email or even be able to make it be the reply to email or have that option as we have like potentially 80 people that might use GWI and create tickets, but not everyone is in the group for our reply to email and...

Any thought of having Sup Reps email addresses as part of groups or queues they are assigned to? Email Agent Crash

Hello - we have had an issue with cSupport for awhile now and I was wondering if anyone has the same issue. We send email notifications directly from cSupport to our Exchange server. If for any reason (reboot, patch install, etc) cSupport loses contact with the Exchange server, the Email Agent crashes...
