    I am currently running c.Support 7.0 had a quick question. How can I setup my views so that I do not have to manually refresh to find out if there is anything new?

    Hi Chilesju, Looks like Yevgeniya has already passed along your feature request for more group views, so hopefully development can work that into a release soon. Because we do have a wide variety of customers, each having their unique requirements in what types of views they have, it's pretty hard...
